A new network has been created by academics interested in collaborative research in opera. NORN (the Northern Opera Research Network) brings academics from the Universities of Huddersfield, Leeds and Nottingham together with Opera North and other opera companies large and small to collaborate on research into the multidisciplinary facets of opera – literature, drama, music, scenography and choreography.
