National Student Survey (NSS)

NSS The annual National Student Survey (NSS) opens on Monday 27 January.

The NSS is now firmly established as the major barometer of student opinion and is therefore a vital indicator of our students’ satisfaction levels.

The results of the survey also feed into the ‘Key Information Sets’ (KIS), which appear on all course pages on universities’ websites and on the Unistats site, so the findings are readily available to enquirers and assist in their decision making.

Please encourage your final year students to take part if they are contacted by Ipsos MORI.  We will also be sharing this information directly with students via the student web pages, social media and plasma screens across campus.

Last year we scored highly in a number of areas, including overall student satisfaction, providing prompt and helpful feedback, competitive student fees, personal development, as well as excellent results in individual subject areas.
