The report states how Jimmy Savile abused 63 people connected to Stoke Mandeville Hospital, but the one formal complaint made was ignored. Another separate report has also said "elements of the Savile story" could happen again. In this interview Dr Gallagher asks the questions why was Jimmy Savile given free reign to roam the hospitals and who is actually to blame?
