Charity Event for the Forget Me Not Children's Hospice
Annabel Davidson presented the Forget Me Not Children's Hospice with a cheque for the money raised.

On Monday July 9th 2012, the University hosted a charity event in support of the Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice.
Organised by podiatry graduate and current Clinical Demonstrator Annabel Davidson, the event took place in the podiatry clinic and saw treatment provided in return for a donation to the charity. 32 patients were seen on the day by clinical teaching staff and students who volunteered their time to support the charity, raising a total of £239.10.
Annabel was later invited to tour the hospice’s new premises, giving her the opportunity to present the charity with the money raised.
In addition to a great result for the charity, the event has also helped to recruit several new regular patients for the podiatry clinic – a successful day all round!
