Problems with the Extension System

There have been reported issues from students experiencing difficulty when completing an Extension or Extenuating Circumstances request for assignments in ‘My Details’.
This issue has resulted from a recent upgrade to our Student Records system and we are working with our supplier for a solution. Until we have resolved the issue the following advice should be followed:
- If in response to “[Do you intend to submit on or before..due date…]” you are unable to select a date, this will prevent you from making a submission and you must contact your School Office who will help.
- If you are able to select a date, however, the field displaying “[Days remaining for submission]”, is incorrect, please complete your submission as this will be corrected by your School Office.
