Waste Awareness day

In an effort to help keep our campus green, ‘dual bin’ recycling points were introduced across the University earlier this year. The results have been a real success, producing significantly more Dry Mixed Recycling (DMR), which is fantastic news.
If you’re interested in understanding more about what happens to waste, once it’s been put into the ‘dual bin’ recycling points, come along to our Waste Awareness day. Held in the Atrium on Tuesday 14 March, between 10am and 3pm, you’ll be able to see demonstrations from our waste management company Suez and the internal bin supplier Glasdon.
