The Northern Powerhouse – Vision or Reality?
This seminar will consider the relationship between new transport investment and the wider economic effects on the national, regional and local economy. It will particularly focus on the controversial Northern Powerhouse, and ask the key question ‘will it really bring the perceived benefits?’, especially in the context of BREXIT.
