The Students’ Union is holding a Staff Wellbeing Afternoon for all staff at the University from 1.00pm to 4.00pm on Tuesday 27 June 2017.

The afternoon will consist of information from a range of different organisations, including TeamHud, Support2Recovery and Bloome Colour Consultant.

In addition to the information provided by stallholders, there will be three activity sessions running as part of the afternoon; a mindfulness workshop, treatments and a bike challenge.

The Mindfulness workshop, hosted by Support2Recovery, will run from 12.00pm to 12.30pm in Meeting Room A in the SU. Spaces are limited, so if you are interested in attending please email S.Crossley@hud.ac.uk.

The second activity is provided by a local therapist who will be offering 15 minute acupressure sessions, at no charge for staff. Please note, spaces are again limited and so will be offered on a first come first served basis by emailing S.Crossley@hud.ac.uk. The bike challenge will be running throughout the afternoon, 1.00pm – 4.00pm, on the SU floor.

Other similar events will be held on a bi-annual basis in the future.
