On Saturday 28 January get the stories behind the headlines at Heritage Quay’s Newspapers History Day. Archives staff have invited historians and experts to talk about how they use the news to find out about the past. Whether you are an amateur or professional historian or are just curious there is something for everyone. As well as the short talks there will be a room of historical newspapers and hands-on activities suitable for all ages.
