Nominate students to represent the University in China
Tue, 28 Feb 2017 02:00:00 GMT
Staff and students are invited to nominate deserving students for this once in a lifetime trip to China.
Three students will have the opportunity to represent the University of Huddersfield in China and experience the trip of a lifetime as they work together to put something back into the grass-roots of education in China.
The trip is likely to last for around four days and is scheduled to take place over the Easter holiday period in April 2017 with all reasonable travel and accommodation costs covered.
The University’s China Office has been supporting the China Children and Teenagers’ Foundation (CCTF). The purpose of CCTF is to care for, foster and educate children and teenagers in China and to assist in improving their education and welfare conditions. Students will get to see the CCTF project and hand over the University donations raised over the last few months during the Spring Festival Celebrations and a collection in the Students’ Union shop throughout February.
