International Week 2017
Thu, 02 Mar 2017 09:20:00 GMT
International Week brings students from home and abroad together for a week-long cultural festival. An annual highlight of the students’ event calendar, this festival is now in its seventh year.
All staff and students are welcome to attend 'International Week' which takes place from Monday 27 February to Friday 3 March. There are lots of events and activities for everybody to get involved with and discover from.
The University has over 3,000 international students from 120 countries. With nearly 60 international student societies taking part in 'International Week', this much anticipated cultural festival creates a vibrant atmosphere on campus.
The festival is organised by the University’s international student societies and sponsored by the International Office and has become one of the cornerstones of the institutions social calendar.
You have the opportunity to get involved with sports tournaments, food festivals and cultural events. See the full programme below for what is happening this year.
Most events are free and easy to get involved with.
