Team Hud have introduced a new fusion class to their current timetable, combining Les Mills GRIT with Les Mills Body Balance. Participants can choose to do both sessions or if pushed for time choose one or the other.

The fusion session will provide the ultimate work out, leaving you feeling ready for the day and is scheduled at a time to suit staff.

LES MILLS GRIT Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn. The workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity needed to get results fast. LES MILLS GRIT Cardio takes HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

BODYBALANCE™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYBALANCE™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.
