Staff Fitness Memberships

Staff can now register for either 12 month or 6 month Fitness memberships.
Membership prices start at just, £10.50 per month and staff can pay through payroll if preferred.
Team Hud provide conveniently located facilities which are supported by a highly trained sport and fitness team. Services and facilities include:
- Large Gym (Technogym Equipment)
- Free Weights area
- Functional fitness area
- Strength & Conditioning
- X Fit Sessions
- Barbell Club
- Six ‘Les Mills’ Fitness Class programmes
- Up to 60 Fitness Classes scheduled per week
- Body Composition testing
- 'Get Active’ sports programmes
