Smelling the coffee! - European Researchers Night

CSRC ran an activity at the University of Huddersfield for European Researchers Night. The event was very popular amongst adults and children alike with 150 - 200 visitors all keen on knowing exactly how coffee is produced, where it comes from, why Arabic coffee is endangered and how CSRC’s forest enterprises research is improving livelihoods and protecting the environment in Ethiopia. As well as tasting the coffee, forest honey and spices could also be sampled.
