Major Upgrade of the Estates Management System - Planon

Dear Colleagues

Estates and Facilities will be carrying out a major upgrade to the Estates Management System Planon, from 4pm on Wednesday 2 November 2016 through to 9am Wednesday 9 November 2016.  During this period the Estates Helpdesk will have significantly reduced capability to log work requests and as such will be responding to unforeseen and urgent repairs only.  To assist us please plan all work during this period by submitting all foreseen Estates and Facilities work requests as early as possible and at the latest by 31 October 2016.

This significant and major overhaul to our Estates system will allow us to provide an intranet based self service option to schools and services in the coming months.
