Fruit and vegetable stall on campus

The fruit and vegetable stall will be at the University Square outside the Creative Arts Building, every Thursday until mid-December, from 9.00am until 4.00pm.
The stall will be selling fruit, vegetables and flowers as well as a range of recipe boxes full of ingredients. The aim is making quality cheap fruit and vegetables easily accessible to staff and students and attempt to introduce them to healthy eating, trying out new ingredients and new ideas. There will be a wide variety of items on offer including a selection of international ingredients inspired by recipes from different countries and cultures.
There will also be seasonal items on offer with small Christmas trees during the month of December.
