As part of their research training, members of the University of Huddersfield’s Carbohydrate Research group are encouraged to take part in conferences organised by the Royal Society of Chemistry where they get chance to present their work and to talk to leading researchers in their chosen research field. This year the group attended the RSCs Carbohydrate Group’s 50th Anniversary meeting at Warwick University.
At the celebration the team were provided with the opportunity to meet with one very special delegate.
