Students on the Certificate in Management Studies (CMS) course celebrated their year's achievements with personal presentations of their learning journey and outcomes. Student Sharon Lysiak described the course as a “Win win! I have learnt a lot about myself, which has given me an ability to handle situations better”. Ursula Hobson described how the process has “given me a huge amount of confidence – I’m now pushing myself out of my comfort zone and taking the lead". Will Herbert said the course has “transformed the way I approach all aspects of my role”.
The one year part-time CMS course is a management development programme; designed to help you become a more effective manager. For many students their learning continues with the Diploma in Management Studies (DMS)/Master of Business Administration (MBA).
