Puppy Room

The Students’ Union, alongside the University Wellbeing and Disability Services are running a University Mental Health Day on Thursday 3 March. The day will include a Tea and Chat session with external organisations taking place from 11.30am to 2.30pm as well as a Puppy Room in the Students’ Union.

The puppy room will be held in Meeting Room A, Students’ Union, Level 5. It is organised in conjunction with Guidedogs Charity and will give students and staff the opportunity to de-stress by spending 15 minutes with the puppies.

The puppies will have regular breaks throughout the day, be on regular rotation with their handlers at all times and a special chill out space will be placed in the Students’ Union.

To book your ticket visit the Students’ Union website

As well as online tickets, two open slots will be available on the day on a first come first served basis from 2.10pm to 2.30pm, 2.30pm and 2.50pm.

A donation of £2.50 is asked towards the event which goes directly to Guidedogs Charity.
