Using LEGO® to model your teaching and learning beliefs and practices
The next LEGO® session is on Friday 4 March between 10.00am to 12.00pm at the Large Conference Room (Central Services Building, Level 7).
Aim of the session: To get participants to think with their hands by building LEGO® models. LEGO® bricks enable you to visualise thoughts, ideas and reflections using metaphors and storytelling (Nerantzi & Despard, 2014). This session will employ some of the principles of the LEGO® Serious Play methodology. Participants don’t need significant technical LEGO® skills to participate in this workshop.
Objective of the Session: Build and create 3D metaphorical models using LEGO® bricks as a tool to reflect on your teaching practices.
Places for this session are limited so please book as soon as possible if you are interested.
Tea and Coffee is provided.
