Institutional Interaction and Race in Education

This free one day seminar will be held on Friday 31 March, between 10.45am and 3.00pm, at the University of Huddersfield's School of Education & Professional Development.
The Race & Educational Research Interest Group (RIG) of the British Educational Leadership, Management and Administration Society (BELMAS) are pleased to invite anyone who is interested in any aspect of race in education, at any level of an education system, such as: leadership & management, Black and Minority Education (BME) staff progression, BME student progression, white working class boys, equal opportunities, etc.
The seminar will be chaired by Dr Shamim Miah, Senior Lecturer in the School of Education & Professional Development. There will also be presentations from:
Dr Christine Callender, UCL Institute of Education; Dr Jason Arday, Leeds Beckett University and Professor Paul Miller, University of Huddersfield (image, right).
