Weekly meditation sessions

Free weekly meditation classes for staff and students will start on Tuesday 12 April at 1.15pm to 1.45pm in HW1/01 (Harold Wilson Building). 

Learn to meditate, overcome stress and find inner peace during these free sessions which will run every Tuesday lunchtime in the same room (unless otherwise stated) during term time. No pre-booking is required, simply drop in.

The sessions will be facilitated by guest speaker and meditation teacher Annie Smith.
