The University of Huddersfield and the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) invite you to rethink the way we live now in Britain at the Imperial War Museum North in Manchester. This exciting event is part of the AHRC’s 10th anniversary debate series and takes place on Wednesday 25 November (registration at 6.00pm for 6.30pm start and the event will finish at 8.30pm with a drinks reception).

There will be a panel of experts from the fields of politics, journalism, the arts and academia and you are invited to join them in exploring national diversity, conflict, power and change.  The voice of the people will be shared through video vox pops, listeninig and moving to a sound system set, taking ideas from the museum collection all around us, curated digital wallpaper, as well as a Bhangra dance performance.  Discussion, interviews and live performance will be brought together for a unique and stimulating evening.

Places are limited, so please register your attendance by Friday 13 November 2015 here: http://rethinkingthenation-register.eventbrite.co.uk
