Liven up your Lectures

News from CLS AV and Events team – liven up your lectures – get the best from your lecture theatre and the central pooled lecture theatres.

Come along to a 15-30 minute training session (details below) to find out how to get the best out of the central pooled lecture theatres, including using laptops, tablets, and how students can display work from their own devices.

The Pooled Lecture Theatres consist of West Building Lecture Theatres, CWS10, CEG28, Quayside and George Buckley.   All of these rooms have very similar equipment which include the ability to display work from:

  • Podium PC
  • Laptop (both VGA and HDMI)
  • Visualiser
  • Mobile Devices (Android/Apple) for all attendees

Please come along to WG/54 for a 15-30 minute session and see what is possible in your classes, meet the team, and ask any questions:
