Holocaust Heritage and Learning Centre consultation
12:00pm – 15:00pm
The University of Huddersfield is working in partnership with the Holocaust Survivors’ Friendship Association to raise funds for a new Learning Centre at Heritage Quay. It will be the first Holocaust centre in the north of England and the first in the UK in a university setting. Head along to the free, drop in event this weekend to find out about the current plans and give your views on how it could work for the people of Kirklees.

Heritage Open Days 2015: Huddersfield Brick-by-brick
11:00am – 15:00pm
Inspired by the Huddersfield Gems exhibition, have a go at building your own slice of Huddersfield in this special workshop using LEGO bricks, run by the University of Huddersfield in collaboration with Bricks 4 Kidz. Recreate a Kirklees classic or dream up a building of the future.
