The University's Events Management department are looking for couples who are planning to marry. Students who are currently studying on the Wedding Business Management module need clients who would be interested in having their wedding researched on their behalf. The students will require an initial meeting with the couple (doesn’t need to be both parties) so that they can get to know and bit about them and find out their requirements.
After that the clients will receive a 10 minute PowerPoint presentation covering all key areas of their wedding including venue options, legal considerations, stationery, entertainment and music, catering and cake, flowers and decor, attire, accommodation, photography/videography, transport, budget, timeline and recommendations. This will be supported by a portfolio which will be presented to the client which will include all the information provided in the presentation.
Clients will ideally need to be available on Monday 2nd November and Monday 14th December from 9.15am for about an hour. However it may be possible to arrange other times to suit.
