If you use the car to get to work you could now benefit from a free monthly West Yorkshire bus and train Metrocard.
The West Yorkshire Travel Plan Network will be giving away 500 free monthly bus and rail MCards worth up to £149 each this December, to employees who normally drive to work.
If you’re lucky enough to be one of 500 people chosen to take part, you’ll enjoy all the benefits of free travel for the whole of December - no traffic queues, no expensive parking (think of all the late night shopping), no fuel costs eating into your Christmas budget and no worries about driving home after the Christmas party.
As well as using the ticket for your commute you can make additional leisure journeys in the evening and at the weekend. You can also share the card with friends and family when you’re not using it.
All you will be asked to do in return is to use public transport to travel to work as many times as possible during December and at the end of the trial fill in a quick survey.
How to take part
Apply to win a free ticket by completing the online application form by Friday 6th November 2015.
Successful applicants will be notified by the West Yorkshire Travel Plan Network by Friday 13th November.
