Walk to Work Week
Mon, 11 May 2015 01:30:00 BST
Walk to Work Week is a great time to re-consider our walking habits and to get more active now and in the summer months ahead, both for commuting and leisure.
Monday 11 May to Friday 15 May is Walk to Work Week and there will be free led walks from campus and a free pedometer for those taking part. You will be able to find out how many steps you’ve walked, what distance you’ve travelled and how many calories you’ve burned.
