Paid summer internships for students

First, second and penultimate year University of Huddersfield students have the opportunity this summer to gain paid work experience within a local company. Run by the Careers and Employability Service, The Huddersfield Internship Scheme (T.H.I.S.) offers 10 week, project based, summer internships in a variety of roles, which should appeal to students across all disciplines.
Gaining work experience during your degree course is a great way to give yourself more of a competitive edge when it comes to finding a job after your course.
