Battery Recycling on campus

Estates and Facilities have re-launched the battery recycling scheme on campus.
There are five new battery bins in central locations accessible to all staff and students, which can accept all types of portable waste batteries.
These are situated in the following locations:
- Student Central, near i-Point
- Central Services Building, Library entrance
- Central Services Building, near lifts on level 4
- Canalside West, entrance foyer near cafe
- West Building Lecture Theatres, entrance foyer
Batteries should not be placed in normal waste bins.
