Over the summer the opening hours for services available to students can sometimes change.
Here is our guide to summer opening hours:
iPoint
Now open from 9.00am to 5.00pm over the summer. iPoint is also the point of contact for the Admissions and Records Office and the Student Finance Office.
Student Finance
The cash office will be open from 9.00am to 1.00pm, Monday to Friday from week commencing Monday 6 July 2015 to Friday 11 September 2015.
Summer opening times for the Student Finance desk on level 4 in Student Central are 11.00am to 3.00pm.
Library
From Monday 13 July to Friday 18 September:
Monday 31 August – closed for bank holiday
Monday – Thursday 8.45am – 5.00pm staffed service and 5.00pm – 8.00pm self service
Fridays 8.45am – 5.00pm staffed service and Saturdays 1.00pm – 5.00pm self service
Sundays CLOSED
24-hour Computer Rooms are open 24 hours every day
Team Hud
Closing at 9.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00pm on Fridays during August
Students' Union
SU Helpdesk: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm and closed on Saturdays and Sundays
SU Advice Centre: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm and closed on Saturdays and Sundays
SU Shop: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm and closed on Saturdays and Sundays
The shop will extend its weekday opening hours until 6.00pm during Graduation week (13 – 17 July).
HudLets: Monday to Friday 10.00am to 4.00pm and closed on Saturdays and Sundays
The following services will operate with no change to their opening hours:
Wellbeing and Disability Services - 9.00am to 5.00pm
Careers and Employability - 10.00am to 5.00pm
Registry - 10.00am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 3.30pm
IT Support available as usual by phone 24 hours a day
International Office on level 4 in Student Central - 10.00am to 4.00pm
