Library entrance given the green light

Over the summer, with the help of Estates and Facilties and the contractors, we have created a fresh, new look to the Library entrance floor to inspire students and staff to use our wide ranging-resources.
Improvements include:
- A more visible ‘Help Centre’, which includes the IT Help Desk and the Library Subject Enquiry Desk;
- Self-service laptops now expanded and available 24/7;
- New carpets and lights to create a welcoming environment;
- Spaces to show commissioned student artwork.
And coming soon, there will be a display area for University awards.
