Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) Conference

The Midwifery Society is hosting their next conference on Monday 15 September. The conference is focused on Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) and will include a diverse range of speakers currently involved in raising awareness of FGM or working in this field.
The aim of the conference is to increase practitioner knowledge, raise awareness of current issues and work being done to eradicate FGM. The conference is suitable for students, midwives, all health professionals, anyone working in the public sector and those interested in safeguarding women and children vulnerable to FGM.
