‌Team Hud

Team Hud Team Hud continue to develop their sport, fitness and health facilities based on regular customer feedback.  They now feature top sporting fixtures, including the recent Manchester Thunder netball game which has led on to a live Sky Sports game coming up in March 2015.

With over 60 fitness classes a week to choose from, they continue to find new and exciting classes including the latest addition of Bhangra dance classes and more dance orientated fitness classes starting in January. The team are also starting two new classes in November focussing on introducing sedentary people or those with medical conditions to exercise.

Due to demand they have increased the range of weights available and developed an exciting new Strength andTeam Hud 2 Conditioning room.  This new area offers members a purpose built area for barbell training along with a multi-purpose astro turf strip for plyometrics, medicine ball work and weighted push and pull sessions. Equipped with a purpose built rig for pull ups and suspension training, the new strength and conditioning room allows both beginners and experienced users the opportunity to train in a performance environment. A dedicated coach is always available for technique development, programme advice or even just to offer guidance on choosing the right exercises when members want to add more variety to their workout.
