Computing and Library Services have developed UniAsk as a way of helping students to ask questions they may have and find the answers in this student and staff community forum. You can help increase the usage of this valuable tool by telling your students about it and joining in the conversation on social media using #UniAsk
Students can ask questions about any subject matter, including everything from where they can find support to how to solve an I.T. issue. Other students and staff can then provide help by replying to their questions.
All questions and answers are checked to ensure the best use of UniAsk.
From Monday 8 December there will be plasmas around campus promoting UniAsk as well as popular questions being shared via social media using #UniAsk
