‌The Institute for Research in Citizenship and Applied Human Sciences (IRCAHS) has published six short films, which provide a few examples of the wide variety of applied social science research undertaken at the University of Huddersfield.

Each lasting no longer than 10 minutes, the films cover a variety of research examples:

In his introductory film, Professor John Playle, Dean of the School of Human and Health Sciences comments, “I’m delighted to introduce a series of short films which are designed to showcase just some examples of our excellent research to the wider public, in a way that I hope you will find both accessible and interesting.”

The films are available to view online and you can also find out more information about the Institute by visiting the webpages.
