How do our students become employable graduates? How do they make the most of their university experience? Where can they turn to when they need careers support and advice?
EmployableME is an innovative and fresh approach to careers and employability here at the University.
From the moment students arrive on campus everything that they do, learn and experience from that point onwards – whether as part of their course; extra-curricular activities; working with the Careers Service; the Student’s Union or on work placement – can potentially boost their employability and help to fulfil ambitions and achieve career success.
With specialist help provided by the University’s award-winning careers team, EmployableME is about empowering students to take active control of their own employability.
Look out for the green EmployableME character around campus and particularly within the Careers Centre in Student Central.
