Megan Ellaby - ASOS Stylist She told us “I had the best university experience, I loved my course, I loved the social side and I particularly loved the placement year that was available on my course. Also I had some amazing opportunities to visit a number of countries styling and producing on photo shoots, attending and working on the fashion week catwalk shows and attending a number of incredible press events”.

During her placement year Megan worked for some of the biggest names in the fashion industry taking on a number of roles. This allowed her to understand where and what she wanted to do after graduation. Some of the companies include House of Holland, ASOS.com, Alexander McQueen, JD Sports and BANK Fashion.

Megan also told the University “I’ve always wanted to go into styling or be involved with photo shoots. With two of my internships involving styling and photo shoot production, I achieved my job as a personal stylist at ASOS.com, before I had even finished university; so I have pretty much achieved my dream career. Now my ultimate career dream would be to style photo shoots for a key fashion publication. That’s the dream!”

Through her placement year, Megan also set up her own personal style blog which has been featured in a number of magazines and allowed her to work with some incredible brands and attend some fantastic events.
