Customer Service Feedback Survey

The Financial Services Department has recently been working towards improving its customer service and as one of the developments it has introduced is a feedback questionnaire about their service provision.
This will be a permanent fixture for any feedback customers wish to provide and will be one of the components used to aid in the continuous improvement of the service.
The questionnaire can be found through the new Customer Service Section of the Financial Services web pages at: http://www.hud.ac.uk/services/finance/customerservice/
