Dr Jo Woodiwiss has signed a book contract for an edited collection on Opportunities and Challenges for Feminist Narrative Research with Palgrave Macmillan.
The book will be co-edited along with Kate Smith and Kelly Lockwood from the Centre for Applied Childhood Studies (CACS). The book has developed from a Feminist Narrative Symposium held at the University of Huddersfield in June 2012, which was organised by a group of postgraduate researchers and members of the Listening Guide Study Group.
Along with chapters by members of the editorial team, it will include contributions from Professor Tina Miller, Professor Adele Jones, Professor Natasha S. Mauthner and Julia Langley. Professor Liz Stanley has also agreed to write a foreword to the collection. The collection will include chapters on doing feminist narrative and chapters on situating feminist narrative research.
It is due to be published in late 2015.
