International Competition on Autonomic Road Transport

The COST ARTS (Autonomic Road Transport Support) Network held its first competition in October 2013 to accelerate developments in software support for self-managing road transport. ARTS Action Chair Lee McCluskey was one of the five judges of the competition, which was co-located with the 16th International IEEE Conference on Intelligent Transport Systems at The Hague.
2014 is busy year for ARTS. Now with 24 European countries as members, it is holding its annual meeting in Lisbon, Portugal in February, and its second training School in Sofia, Bulgaria in September. See
