Following on from the success of last year’s Public Lecture Series, the Institute for Research in Citizenship and Applied Human Sciences (IRCAHS) at the University of Huddersfield will be holding another series of free public lectures on a broad range of subjects.
Professor John Playle, Dean of the School of Human and Health Sciences, invites an open invitation to this latest Public Lecture Series:
‘Commencing 16 October 2013, the series provides an opportunity to learn about some of the exciting research being undertaken within the Institute. The lectures are free and open to all and cover a range of topics including delayed cancer diagnosis, elder care, child sexual abuse, crime, fatherhood, family support and politics.”
