The Computing & Library Services team would like your feedback on how they deal with enquiries and requests for help.
This includes both their I.T. and library services, ranging from password resets to specialist subject librarian support and from UniLearn issues and inter-library loans to document delivery.
They are looking for practical suggestions to deliver beneficial improvements and would like both students and staff to take part, including undergraduates, researchers, academic and support staff from across the University.
All that they ask is that you complete this online survey which will take you under ten minutes. You can enter your name into a prize draw for £10 Amazon vouchers.
