Methods Crossing Borders

In November Yvonne Downs was selected to attend a three day workshop held by the National Centre of Research Methods, which is funded by the ESRC and based at the University of Southampton.
Entitled 'Methods Crossing Borders: Journeys of Methodological Innovation and Evolution', the workshop sought to highlight and encourage cross-disciplinary collaboration and new ways of researching old problems.
Dr Downs gave a presentation on the tensions and opportunities created by the demands of publishing in cross-disciplinary fields.
