Cakes and Buns Sale

As part of the Legal Advice Clinic’s commitment to working within the local community a selection of our clinic students have become closely involved with Huddersfield based charity ‘One Good Turn’.
Essentially the group has a similar ethos to the clinic in the way that it specifically seeks to provide support for those who are struggling to make ends meet. The students were keen to help out in any way they could and decided to run a stall in the students’ union selling cakes and buns.
The treats went down a storm and after a lot of hard work the students were delighted to hand a cheque over for more than £100 to One Good Turn so they can continue their fantastic work.
