Prof. Lauri Koskela
Lauri is a global authority in Lean Construction. He is the Co-founder of the International Group for Lean Construction (IGLC) and Director at the Lean Construction Institute UK. His expertise span Construction and Project Management, Lean Theory and Production Management.
Clarissa Biotto, MSc
Clarissa is a former Lean Consultant who has implemented Lean Construction at more than 20 sites in Brazil. She is an expert on integrated Lean design and construction planning, Lean Construction implementation, Lean office and BIM.
Dr Algan Tezel
Algan has expertise in Production Management in construction, especially Visual Management Systems in Lean Construction. He is Board Secretary and Vice Chair of the Lean Construction - UK North West Community of Practice.
