Are you interested in teaching and studying science, technology, engineering or maths, or do you have an A Level in maths or physics?

The West Yorkshire Teaching Alliance is offering a four week programme giving students an insight into life in a classroom and give you the chance to learn more about teaching as a profession whilst being able to share your passion for your subject with the next generation of scientists and mathematicians and earning a salary* at the same time.

The course is suitable if you are an undergraduate in your penultimate year of your degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths) subject, or if you have an A level in maths or physics and are interested in teaching.

Full details can be found here.

To register initial interest, email Heidi Curry h.curry@holmfirthhigh.co.uk for an application form.

There are only 10 places available, so you are advised to register your interest as soon as possible.

*You could be eligible for up to £300 for each successfully completed week of the programme.
