Excellent scores for student satisfaction

Business School students awarded a 90% overall satisfaction score in the latest National Student Survey (NSS). The score was slightly ahead of the excellent cross-University average of 88% which was up 3% on 2014 and ahead of the national university sector average.

The NSS is an annual survey conducted with final year students across all UK universities.

Our students gave particularly high ratings for the teaching, academic support and personal development on their courses. Dean of the Business School Professor Chris Cowton commented: “The University’s results are very pleasing this year.  This comes on the back of outstanding ISB (International Student Barometer) results that came out earlier this year.  The Business School results are also very strong; everyone in the School had a role to play in giving our students an excellent experience.”
